1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using TrioSens (the “Service”), you accept these Terms. If you do not, do not use the Service. These Terms are the binding agreement between you and TrioSens.

2. What TrioSens Does

TrioSens tracks how your brand shows up across AI assistants and search. We pull from public sources, send relevant context to AI providers, and turn the results into reports.

3. Your Account

Use real information when you sign up. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for anything done from your account, so tell us right away if you think it has been taken over. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Most of TrioSens runs on paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to the price shown at checkout. Plans renew on their own unless you cancel before the renewal date. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it. We will give 30 days’ notice before changing your price. Free trial details, if any, are spelled out at signup.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not:

• Use the Service for anything illegal.
• Try to access parts of the Service that are not yours.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or pull the Service apart.
• Scrape or extract data beyond what the Service is built to give you.
• Disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Pretend to be someone else.
• Use the Service to harass or harm anyone.

6. Intellectual Property

TrioSens and our licensors own the software, design, trademarks, and documentation. You own anything you submit to the Service (“Your Data”). You grant TrioSens a limited license to use Your Data so we can run and improve the Service for you.

7. AI-Generated Content

TrioSens uses AI to draft reports and analysis.

• AI output is for your information, not professional advice.
• We do not guarantee it is accurate or complete. Verify anything you plan to act on.
• Decisions you make from AI output are your decisions.
• We do not use Your Data to train general-purpose AI models.

8. Privacy & Data

How we handle personal data is covered in the Privacy Policy. To monitor brands, the Service also pulls data from public third-party sources. That data is not ours, and we process it under the laws and terms that apply to it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service links to and integrates with other services. We are not responsible for what they do, how they handle your data, or whether they stay online. If you use one, you are agreeing to their terms, not ours.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrioSens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid TrioSens in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend TrioSens and our officers, directors, employees, and agents against any third-party claim that arises from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights. You will cover the resulting costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

12. Termination

Either side can end the agreement at any time.

• You can cancel your subscription in account settings.
• We can suspend or close access for breach of these Terms.
• When access ends, your right to use the Service ends with it.
• We will keep your data available for export for 30 days after termination, and then delete it.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or join a class action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If something material changes, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If you keep using the Service after that, you have accepted the change.
